Came here to kill time before a movie with the kids and mostly because the kids were bugging about wanting a cake pop. We went in and I didn't see any cake pops so I asked if they had any. The barista looked in the case, rolled her eyes and said, "no". (This is where I wish Yelp had audio to get the full effect). I won't name her but it started with an A. Looked at my wife because of the response and we both had a "B....." look. Kids were bummed. Thank God for the lady who happened to be walking by. Typical Starbucks, larger lobby than some? With drive thru. Yesterday my friend and I went through the drive thru, I ordered a double choco chip frap, she got a caramel frap. I asked for extra chocolate and the barista taking my order said, "mocha?" I repeated myself and he told me "Mocha is chocolate." So continuing on to pay, I'm just puzzled like...I've ordered this a hundred times ? So on the way home we realize mine, that has whipped cream with chocolate on top is actually the caramel, and it has extra MOCHA, not chocolate at the bottom. Hers, was actually the chocolate chip but had caramel ontop. So we go back and we asked them to redo our orders because they mixed them up..no big deal, it happens. So when we explain what happened, the woman who helped us corrected us saying, "Are you sure you didn't mean such and such drink?" Of course not...we always order the same thing. We continue to explain and the guy who had messed up our order then rolls his eyes and the employees than continue to explain that we were wrong. The drinks we remade and as we were handed them he says "try it to make sure it's right" so we did, it was perfect but then they continue to correct us.."well next time order like this because that's what it is" la-la... Besides everything, good service..just a lot of attitude with it. I felt like I was being attacked. Definitely not going back to that one; if I was in the wrong I would've apologized but I knew I wasn't..I don't know why it was so hard for them to just apologize instead of continuing to bicker.

This Starbucks is relatively close to where I live and the one which I most frequently do my coffee runs at. The coffee is usually (if not, always) on point. Sometimes they have their off days but then again, who doesn't have an off day? I usually get extra caramel because when you ask for it at different Starbucks, that's basically the only caramel you get. Sometimes they give so much that it's literally diabetes in a cup (not to offend those who are diabetic). But this Starbucks is great!

I am sitting here with my tall Mocha Latte and cranberry, orange scone, in preparation of a midterm I have in a few days. I knew I needed my caffeine so I stopped by this Drive-Through Starbucks to get just that. What I like about Starbucks, period, are their hot drinks. Oh wow, hot drinks?! Okay maybe "hot" wouldn't be the best term, but how about, "Just about right-hot." Their drinks are just about the right temperature I need: not too hot, but not too warm that it feels almost cold, a little in between. When I take my first sip, I don't get burning flames but a nice taste of my mocha latte. Drive-thru experience was decent. She asked me how I was doing, and I said fine, and I made my order. It took only about 2 minutes to get my food which made me a happy camper. And oh yes, the orange-cranberry scone! Oh how I love those fattening-carb suckers. I almost always get these when I go to Starbucks. Take a try next time you go :)!

The day that Jessie leaves will be a very sad day for me. He's the barista that I see every weekday morning at the drive thru. He's always so friendly and cheerful I'm literally amazed at this b/c I have no idea how anyone can be cheerful having to get to work by 4:30am? But Jessie is great and he always remembers me and my car full of kids. Anyhow this is one of the better starbucks that I have been too. And yes I have been to a lot. Of course a lot has to do with the service. The staff is friendly and they've always gotten my drinks right. No qualms about the coffee since I always get the same drinks over and over again: Vanilla Mocha or Hazelnut Latte.

Fanciest sbux ever! There were curtains, comfy couches/seats, a carved study table with outlets and direct lighting, small tables for two, pictures on the walls, lamp shades, I mean this starbucks really makes you feel like you were in someones living room. I love it. The staff were really great too as usual. The only down side is its the high school kid's hang out on a Friday night. The front bench is also their nasty make out spot as I had to witness 2-3 different couples suck face there. SOOO gross! They need to put an indoor plant there to block the view or something. EWW. The frequent bursts of crowds are a bit distracting if you're trying to do work. They usually come from the Harkins theater across the way. Oh, and it does get crowded during weekday afternoons as well. Gluck finding a spot!

I mean aside from the HUNDREDS of starbucks in the world, I will write about only this one. There was impeccable good service. The workers have a natural gaiety while working here. When they mess up an order, they give it to whoever wants it, instead of just throwing away the drink. There was also the cutest barista and I want them badly. I wanted my drink's foam to squirt in my mouth while looking at that beautiful form. Everyone is hipster there or asian studying. That is all.

Very convenient place for where my sister lives. So when I sleep over, we can go walk over in the morning! :) Drive-Thru is nice and fast too! The only down side is that one time, my sister had received a free birthday drink card, and wanted to confirm with the cashier that she could get any sized drink, and the girl annoyingly said "well, let's take a look" and said in a mocking voice "Good for any drink" and my sister asked "and i can get any size" and the cashier gave her a "uh YEAH dummy" smile and nodded. My sister didn't show it but she told me that she was really upset by the way she did that, but she just wanted to get her drink a leave.

This Starbucks has great service and the drive-thru is a total bonus! Its suprisingly fast and it feels like you're in and out of there in no time. Like all other Starbucks, it has a great indoor atmosphere to talk with your friends, end your date, or study. My local caffeine fix I love that I finally have a Starbucks near me with a drive thru. Totally helpful for my morning rush pick-me-up. My usual is a hot white chocolate mocha on cold/rainy days or early in the morning. My summer drink or caffeine headache fix is a caramel frappacino. Service is friendly and quick. The inside is fairly sized with tables good for catching up with friends or studying. =)

The customer service that I receive here compensates for the slower service. Yes, usually the days that I come here are Mondays and Fridays.. everyone is trying to get their caffeine fix to try to make it through their day, but when the drive through line loops around to the front door and a line is forming out the door, you know you have to up the staffing. However, everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. The only time that customer service was questionable was when a cashier continued his conversation with his coworker when I was trying to flag his attention to order, but he doesn't work their regularly so I won't take it to heart.

Ah.. starbucks...Man when i'm broke and eating ramen.. i somehow dig for change and still go here.. I love this place but mainly coz of it's on my way to work and has a drive through yay! Their service is usually good.... My only gripe is that their frappucinos aren't that great sometimes. Some days i hit the lottery.. other days it's ok. I doubt people read this review on what to drink as most people had Starbucks but here are a few of my faves Iced green tea (sweetened) Caramel frappucino (i order light when i'm dieting) java chip frap mocha frap white chocolate mocha rice krispy oatmeal espresso shot for fraps (when i really need it but with Lees open now.. that's my place to go) I would have given this place 3 stars but they have free wifi now!! It's so awesome.. I'm studying and can use my internet without being charged! whoohoo! They finally saw how barnes and other places offer free wifi. There are a lot of seats techinally for studying and u can study outside as well.

I'll be honest, I go out of my way to visit this store. They are just so good at it all.... Order accuracy, customer service, cleanliness, speed of service. I actually look forward to the friendly faces here. As someone who used to work for Starbucks long ago, my insider's eye can tell you that this place really does it right. Starbucks is starbucks so there isn't too much to say about the coffee, this review is specifically for this location. Very clean place and staff is always polite and courteous. They have a drive thru but forget going through on morning hours because a five minute coffee run can easily become a 15-20 minute coffee run. With that amount of time I could have eaten two scones and drank a venti coffee. Times like that means "stop being lazy, park the car, and order inside." Saves me time and keeps my drive thru road rage to a minimum, instead of blurting out obscenities I am sipping my coffee.

A bit hidden under the Buffalo Wild Wings shadow but service makes it a stand out. I usually use the crowded drive through, but earlier today I had sometime and went inside for a coffee. The decor is standard Starbucks, but the morning shift were easy to talk to and very friendly. We actually had someting called " an interesting conversation", pretty rare these days. Then I enjoyed my coffee outside looking at the San Bernardino Mointains, and the 71 freeway, but I blocked that part out!

This review is long overdue, I work in the service industry so I want to give props to the people who work here and continue to make it a wonderful experience going here. Its hard working in an industry where people want something very specific to their liking and they want it faster than it can be made. I've been going to this Starbucks everyday for almost a year now and I always go drive-thru. I have a Starbucks across the street from my house but I take the 10 minute drive for the service. It's honestly one of my favorite parts of my daily routine. The staff here are nice, polite and they remember my order most of the time before I even finish saying it. My favorite worker is Roshan in particular, awesome guy. Whenever they have newbies and they mess up a little bit, he catches it and fixes it for me. Regardless of how long the drive-thru line is, the maximum time I wait is 15 minutes and that's overestimating. They're quick and the taste of the drinks are consistent. If I found out tomorrow the staff was getting transferred to a different Starbucks, I'd probably drive there instead lol. Sometimes you can kind of tell when they had a rough day with a lot of douche-y customers so tip!! It is their job to be nice to you but it doesn't hurt to let them know they're doing a great job :)! Love this Starbucks.

This is the second time I've stopped at this starbucks and had to argue with a barista about how to charge for my drink. Normally I get a black iced tea, whole milk, no water, sugar free vanilla. 90% of the time it's $2.65 at all other starbucks on any other occasion. Today the girl working the drive thru charged me $4.25 because all of the sudden my drink is a black tea latte. Correct me if I am wrong, but by definition alone a "latte" means expresso and/or steamed milk. Neither of which are in my drink. She then told me that the charge was for labor..... as in the amount of effort to pour milk in my drink instead of water is more labor intensive.....I think not. And if that were the case I would just order a black iced tea, no water and walk over to the counter and pour in the milk myself. After discrediting her ridiculous points she then proceeded to tell me that the charge was for the milk.... so charge me for extra milk....that still wouldn't up charge my drink to 4.25. And again.... I can get the milk from the counter to the left so why charge me for it and not every coffee drinker that puts more milk in their coffee. Honestly, it's bad enough we already pay these outrageous prices for a beverage. But top it off with bad customer service, rude employees, and inconsistencies in prices and drink quality.... yea I'm done. And 1 customer may not mean much to you. But I guarantee you if you continue these business practices I won't be the last.

In general most of starbucks locations earn five stars in my dictionary. But this location deserve little more extra than five stars , due to the fact it's kind of small location in size wise comparing to a lot of other starbucks facilities, and it's always busy and I have to hand it to the good management and the great staff . Today which is the first day of 2015 I went in the drive through because I was still in my pajamas and I had a big order on my list for all the family and friends waiting at home , which Venesa was helping up there and I have to say wow she is awesome made my big order goes quick and easy , she was very helpful and polite . I normally wouldn't review for Starbucks because they are pretty consistent everywhere but today they left a wonderful feeling as I left the coffee shop. What's insane is that this location was busy even at 3PM! The drive-thru was packed and there wasn't any room for anyone else to sit since all the chairs have been occupied AND there was a pretty long line... Good luck trying to find a place to do your work - you might have to come pretty early. So the reason for this post is mainly for their customer service. After taking a sip of my boyfriends iced, white chocolate mocha there was a nasty, burnt aftertaste that just wasn't acceptable. If you're paying that much for a sugared coffee - you might as well get what you want, and the way you want it. After I had asked an associate to make a new one (I usually don't like doing this), she then informs me that it could have been their new machine - so thankfully it wasn't just me. In the end, I was happy the Starbucks associate took some time to make a whole new coffee because in the end, it was the machine. The second cup tasted a whole lot better. Thank you random Starbucks associate!

One of my favorite Starbucks locations because of the friendly baristas. Starbucks really is the McDonald's of coffee. Good for me because I am a huge coffee drinker. I actually use my Starbucks Goldcard more frequently than my credit card. I have a few drinks that I would consider my 'usual'. My current drinks on rotation are the iced grande Americano with white mocha and caramel sauce or a venti strawberry black tea with classic and no water. When I have a free Birthday drink or 'Lucky Dozen free reward', that is when I like to get creative and make my own drink.

People seemed very nice. But over 22 minutes to get a drink is ridiculous. They either need to get more machines or people who can make drinks faster or accurately. The extra wait happened to be that the 2 drinks ahead of me were made wrong and they had to remake. I understand that it was busy but under no circumstances should a customer have to wait 22 minutes and pay over $8 for 2 cups of coffee/tea.

I'm an avid Starbucks drinker and go to several locations and I'd have to say this one is my least favorite. my drink was fine but the vibe of the store was uncomfortable. none of the workers seemed enthusiastic to about living, much less working there. the general manager was the only one who seemed atleast a little happy, but in a way that was fake and not the least bit genuine. I felt like she was only "nice" to me so she could try and up sell my drink, which she failed at. I also noticed once I left the register that her attitude towards the rest of the workers was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. will not be returning.

I appreciate the drive thru option here and that the place for the line runs behind the building which means cars aren't building up in the parking area or where other cars are trying to get in or out of spaces. However, my most recent trip was a disappointment... I went through the drive thru because I was sick and had my kids with me (and didn't feel like taking them out of their car seats in my condition). I waited in the drive thru to get a hot lemon tea with honey. When I ordered, they didn't have lemon tea and didn't have honey - boohoohoo! In their defense, the guy taking my order did offer to make me something else that would soothe my sore throat (hence the third star here), but I was so disappointed that I just wanted to go to another Starbucks that would have what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was stuck in the line behind the building and had to wait for the three or four cars ahead of me to get done so I could get out and on my way. Fail.

This is, by far, the most friendly Starbucks that I have ever visited. Their service goes above and beyond what is required and they do it with a smile. If you are unsure of what to order, they do their best to help you out or offer their own personal suggestions. Sadly, I have moved away and have other Starbucks shops nearby, but I would gladly drive to this specific one because of their outstanding service. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Another plus is that they're open late. It's perfect if you're with a group of friends just barely leaving the movie theater and figuring a spot to keep the night going. Although it may become packed at certain times, especially when finals roll through, you can take your coffee outside if the weather permits because they have outdoor seating with tables and umbrellas. The drinks seem to even taste better over here. If for some reason you're unhappy with your drink, they will serve you up something better without hesitation. If you're the type that buys pounds of bagged coffee, this location hardly runs out of special blends like the Thanksgiving or Christmas blends as other locations usually do. I use it as another way to rack up my stars for the rewards program. All in all, five stars for excellent customer service, serving accurately made beverages, pleasant atmosphere, and for staying open late for us night owls.

Rec'd my sandwich, rec'd 1st drink about 5 mins later, then rec'd 3rd drink after additional 5 or so mins. Ok, everyone has a bad day, but to have my barista throw my sleeve on the counter? Not ok! BUT here- my experience has been so different, simply for one reason which I'll get to in a sec. My daughter and I frequent here on our mom-daughter dates, the service is always so personalized and special. I have to give a million compliments and even that wouldn't be enough to my fav barista CASSIE- she is super sweet and always remembers my daughter and I. Thank you Cassie for making this my favorite Starbucks. It's awesome that one person can make such a difference making our experience not be just good but great!

This Starbucks is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! They really cherish their customers and the overall experience is great. I love how excited and enthusiastic the staff get when you walk-in. I make it a point to reserve ten minutes out of my schedule just to be able to go to this location every morning (which, by the way, is in the opposite direction of my commute), all because of how much I enjoy their service! Keep it up! P.S. Sorry for cheating on y'all and going to the other Starbucks (Rancho Cucamonga-Foothill, Chino-Drive Thru, Chino- Non Drive Thru) just can't get it right! It was my first time here, and I'm not a heavy coffee drinker, so I barely come to Starbucks. The only thing I get is the strawberries and cream. When I came, I walked here with my friends from Harkins. It was hot, humid, and we needed to cool down. I got the cranberry scone. It was $2.25. Pretty big, tasted average, nothing special. The inside was pretty small, but there were alot of people hanging out inside and outside, working or just talking. Seems like a nice place to come, and I noticed alot of customers going to the drive-thru.

Ok, first of all, I'm a big Starbucks fan because I think they're a great company. They're good to their employees and I stand behind their ideals. That being said, not every Starbucks store is great. It varies greatly depending on the workers. There are some stores I never go to because their workers are not friendly, or their coffee is subpar and very hit-or-miss. This Starbucks location has never disappointed me. Their baristas are extremely friendly and always make time to ask how you're doing. Their Coffee Masters are brilliant. I recently had a conversation with one and they are very knowledgeable. He told me there are more Coffee Masters at this location than other locations (nice!). He even gave me a pastry to complement the coffee I ordered! It was a beautiful pairing. (Specifically, Gold Coast Blend, a dark roast coffee, with a chocolate meringue cookie). A+ The beverages here are always on point. I'm impressed with their product and their service. P.S. If you have not tried their Anniversary Blend yet (dark roast, whole bean) DO IT. It will change your life.

They consistently get my orders wrong and have a problem with what's on the menu. When I order a black berry mojito I get green tea without asking. When they do get it right they are good however. The convienience is what brings me back. But so far I've had 2 incorrect orders this month to which they refused to correct.

Been going to Starbucks every day for years. Today I got a zip tie in my ginger ale. Wtf, how does someone mess up a ginger ale? This is unacceptable. This makes me gag. Came here to kill time before a movie with the kids and mostly because the kids were bugging about wanting a cake pop. We went in and I didn't see any cake pops so I asked if they had any. Typical Starbucks, larger lobby than some? With drive thru. Yesterday my friend and I went through the drive thru, I ordered a double choco chip frap, she got a caramel frap. I asked for extra chocolate and the barista taking my order said, "mocha?" I repeated myself and he told me "Mocha is chocolate." So continuing on to pay, I'm just puzzled like...I've ordered this a hundred times ? So on the way home we realize mine, that has whipped cream with chocolate on top is actually the caramel, and it has extra MOCHA, not chocolate at the bottom. Hers, was actually the chocolate chip but had caramel ontop. So we go back and we asked them to redo our orders because they mixed them up..no big deal, it happens. So when we explain what happened, the woman who helped us corrected us saying, "Are you sure you didn't mean such and such drink?" Of course not...we always order the same thing. We continue to explain and the guy who had messed up our order then rolls his eyes and the employees than continue to explain that we were wrong. The drinks we remade and as we were handed them he says "try it to make sure it's right" so we did, it was perfect but then they continue to correct us.."well next time order like this because that's what it is" la-la... Besides everything, good service..just a lot of attitude with it. I felt like I was being attacked. Definitely not going back to that one; if I was in the wrong I would've apologized but I knew I wasn't..I don't know why it was so hard for them to just apologize instead of continuing to bicker.

This Starbucks is relatively close to where I live and the one which I most frequently do my coffee runs at. The coffee is usually (if not, always) on point. Sometimes they have their off days but then again, who doesn't have an off day? I usually get extra caramel because when you ask for it at different Starbucks, that's basically the only caramel you get. Sometimes they give so much that it's literally diabetes in a cup (not to offend those who are diabetic). But this Starbucks is great!

I am sitting here with my tall Mocha Latte and cranberry, orange scone, in preparation of a midterm I have in a few days. I knew I needed my caffeine so I stopped by this Drive-Through Starbucks to get just that. What I like about Starbucks, period, are their hot drinks. Oh wow, hot drinks?! Okay maybe "hot" wouldn't be the best term, but how about, "Just about right-hot." Their drinks are just about the right temperature I need: not too hot, but not too warm that it feels almost cold, a little in between. When I take my first sip, I don't get burning flames but a nice taste of my mocha latte. Drive-thru experience was decent. She asked me how I was doing, and I said fine, and I made my order. It took only about 2 minutes to get my food which made me a happy camper. And oh yes, the orange-cranberry scone! Oh how I love those fattening-carb suckers. I almost always get these when I go to Starbucks. Take a try next time you go :)!

The day that Jessie leaves will be a very sad day for me. He's the barista that I see every weekday morning at the drive thru. He's always so friendly and cheerful I'm literally amazed at this b/c I have no idea how anyone can be cheerful having to get to work by 4:30am? But Jessie is great and he always remembers me and my car full of kids. Anyhow this is one of the better starbucks that I have been too. And yes I have been to a lot. Of course a lot has to do with the service. The staff is friendly and they've always gotten my drinks right. No qualms about the coffee since I always get the same drinks over and over again: Vanilla Mocha or Hazelnut Latte.

Fanciest sbux ever! There were curtains, comfy couches/seats, a carved study table with outlets and direct lighting, small tables for two, pictures on the walls, lamp shades, I mean this starbucks really makes you feel like you were in someones living room. I love it. The staff were really great too as usual. The only down side is its the high school kid's hang out on a Friday night. The front bench is also their nasty make out spot as I had to witness 2-3 different couples suck face there. SOOO gross! They need to put an indoor plant there to block the view or something. EWW. The frequent bursts of crowds are a bit distracting if you're trying to do work. They usually come from the Harkins theater across the way. Oh, and it does get crowded during weekday afternoons as well. Gluck finding a spot!

I mean aside from the HUNDREDS of starbucks in the world, I will write about only this one. There was impeccable good service. The workers have a natural gaiety while working here. When they mess up an order, they give it to whoever wants it, instead of just throwing away the drink. There was also the cutest barista and I want them badly. I wanted my drink's foam to squirt in my mouth while looking at that beautiful form. Everyone is hipster there or asian studying. That is all.

Very convenient place for where my sister lives. So when I sleep over, we can go walk over in the morning! :) Drive-Thru is nice and fast too! The only down side is that one time, my sister had received a free birthday drink card, and wanted to confirm with the cashier that she could get any sized drink, and the girl annoyingly said "well, let's take a look" and said in a mocking voice "Good for any drink" and my sister asked "and i can get any size" and the cashier gave her a "uh YEAH dummy" smile and nodded. My sister didn't show it but she told me that she was really upset by the way she did that, but she just wanted to get her drink a leave.

This Starbucks has great service and the drive-thru is a total bonus! Its suprisingly fast and it feels like you're in and out of there in no time. Like all other Starbucks, it has a great indoor atmosphere to talk with your friends, end your date, or study. My local caffeine fix I love that I finally have a Starbucks near me with a drive thru. Totally helpful for my morning rush pick-me-up. My usual is a hot white chocolate mocha on cold/rainy days or early in the morning. My summer drink or caffeine headache fix is a caramel frappacino. Service is friendly and quick. The inside is fairly sized with tables good for catching up with friends or studying. =)

The customer service that I receive here compensates for the slower service. Yes, usually the days that I come here are Mondays and Fridays.. everyone is trying to get their caffeine fix to try to make it through their day, but when the drive through line loops around to the front door and a line is forming out the door, you know you have to up the staffing. However, everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. The only time that customer service was questionable was when a cashier continued his conversation with his coworker when I was trying to flag his attention to order, but he doesn't work their regularly so I won't take it to heart.

Ah.. starbucks...Man when i'm broke and eating ramen.. i somehow dig for change and still go here.. I love this place but mainly coz of it's on my way to work and has a drive through yay! Their service is usually good.... My only gripe is that their frappucinos aren't that great sometimes. Some days i hit the lottery.. other days it's ok. I doubt people read this review on what to drink as most people had Starbucks but here are a few of my faves Iced green tea (sweetened) Caramel frappucino (i order light when i'm dieting) java chip frap mocha frap white chocolate mocha rice krispy oatmeal espresso shot for fraps (when i really need it but with Lees open now.. that's my place to go) I would have given this place 3 stars but they have free wifi now!! It's so awesome.. I'm studying and can use my internet without being charged! whoohoo! They finally saw how barnes and other places offer free wifi. There are a lot of seats techinally for studying and u can study outside as well.

I'll be honest, I go out of my way to visit this store. They are just so good at it all.... Order accuracy, customer service, cleanliness, speed of service. I actually look forward to the friendly faces here. As someone who used to work for Starbucks long ago, my insider's eye can tell you that this place really does it right. Starbucks is starbucks so there isn't too much to say about the coffee, this review is specifically for this location. Very clean place and staff is always polite and courteous. They have a drive thru but forget going through on morning hours because a five minute coffee run can easily become a 15-20 minute coffee run. With that amount of time I could have eaten two scones and drank a venti coffee. Times like that means "stop being lazy, park the car, and order inside." Saves me time and keeps my drive thru road rage to a minimum, instead of blurting out obscenities I am sipping my coffee.

A bit hidden under the Buffalo Wild Wings shadow but service makes it a stand out. I usually use the crowded drive through, but earlier today I had sometime and went inside for a coffee. The decor is standard Starbucks, but the morning shift were easy to talk to and very friendly. We actually had someting called " an interesting conversation", pretty rare these days. Then I enjoyed my coffee outside looking at the San Bernardino Mointains, and the 71 freeway, but I blocked that part out!

This review is long overdue, I work in the service industry so I want to give props to the people who work here and continue to make it a wonderful experience going here. Its hard working in an industry where people want something very specific to their liking and they want it faster than it can be made. I've been going to this Starbucks everyday for almost a year now and I always go drive-thru. I have a Starbucks across the street from my house but I take the 10 minute drive for the service. It's honestly one of my favorite parts of my daily routine. The staff here are nice, polite and they remember my order most of the time before I even finish saying it. My favorite worker is Roshan in particular, awesome guy. Whenever they have newbies and they mess up a little bit, he catches it and fixes it for me. Regardless of how long the drive-thru line is, the maximum time I wait is 15 minutes and that's overestimating. They're quick and the taste of the drinks are consistent. If I found out tomorrow the staff was getting transferred to a different Starbucks, I'd probably drive there instead lol. Sometimes you can kind of tell when they had a rough day with a lot of douche-y customers so tip!! It is their job to be nice to you but it doesn't hurt to let them know they're doing a great job :)! Love this Starbucks.

This is the second time I've stopped at this starbucks and had to argue with a barista about how to charge for my drink. Normally I get a black iced tea, whole milk, no water, sugar free vanilla. 90% of the time it's $2.65 at all other starbucks on any other occasion. Today the girl working the drive thru charged me $4.25 because all of the sudden my drink is a black tea latte. Correct me if I am wrong, but by definition alone a "latte" means expresso and/or steamed milk. Neither of which are in my drink. She then told me that the charge was for labor..... as in the amount of effort to pour milk in my drink instead of water is more labor intensive.....I think not. And if that were the case I would just order a black iced tea, no water and walk over to the counter and pour in the milk myself. After discrediting her ridiculous points she then proceeded to tell me that the charge was for the milk.... so charge me for extra milk....that still wouldn't up charge my drink to 4.25. And again.... I can get the milk from the counter to the left so why charge me for it and not every coffee drinker that puts more milk in their coffee. Honestly, it's bad enough we already pay these outrageous prices for a beverage. But top it off with bad customer service, rude employees, and inconsistencies in prices and drink quality.... yea I'm done. And 1 customer may not mean much to you. But I guarantee you if you continue these business practices I won't be the last.

In general most of starbucks locations earn five stars in my dictionary. But this location deserve little more extra than five stars , due to the fact it's kind of small location in size wise comparing to a lot of other starbucks facilities, and it's always busy and I have to hand it to the good management and the great staff . Today which is the first day of 2015 I went in the drive through because I was still in my pajamas and I had a big order on my list for all the family and friends waiting at home , which Venesa was helping up there and I have to say wow she is awesome made my big order goes quick and easy , she was very helpful and polite . I normally wouldn't review for Starbucks because they are pretty consistent everywhere but today they left a wonderful feeling as I left the coffee shop. What's insane is that this location was busy even at 3PM! The drive-thru was packed and there wasn't any room for anyone else to sit since all the chairs have been occupied AND there was a pretty long line... Good luck trying to find a place to do your work - you might have to come pretty early. So the reason for this post is mainly for their customer service. After taking a sip of my boyfriends iced, white chocolate mocha there was a nasty, burnt aftertaste that just wasn't acceptable. If you're paying that much for a sugared coffee - you might as well get what you want, and the way you want it. After I had asked an associate to make a new one (I usually don't like doing this), she then informs me that it could have been their new machine - so thankfully it wasn't just me. In the end, I was happy the Starbucks associate took some time to make a whole new coffee because in the end, it was the machine. The second cup tasted a whole lot better. Thank you random Starbucks associate!

I guess normally one wouldn't write a review on Starbucks, but thought to give this one an above average rating for one important reason. These guys are quick with the pour over. Other locations usually ask you to get the pike's blend since they don't have the dark or blonde brewed already. Had my drink in less than 10 minutes.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations because of the friendly baristas. Starbucks really is the McDonald's of coffee. Good for me because I am a huge coffee drinker. I actually use my Starbucks Goldcard more frequently than my credit card. I have a few drinks that I would consider my 'usual'. My current drinks on rotation are the iced grande Americano with white mocha and caramel sauce or a venti strawberry black tea with classic and no water. When I have a free Birthday drink or 'Lucky Dozen free reward', that is when I like to get creative and make my own drink.

People seemed very nice. But over 22 minutes to get a drink is ridiculous. They either need to get more machines or people who can make drinks faster or accurately. The extra wait happened to be that the 2 drinks ahead of me were made wrong and they had to remake. I understand that it was busy but under no circumstances should a customer have to wait 22 minutes and pay over $8 for 2 cups of coffee/tea.

I'm an avid Starbucks drinker and go to several locations and I'd have to say this one is my least favorite. my drink was fine but the vibe of the store was uncomfortable. none of the workers seemed enthusiastic to about living, much less working there. the general manager was the only one who seemed atleast a little happy, but in a way that was fake and not the least bit genuine. I felt like she was only "nice" to me so she could try and up sell my drink, which she failed at. I also noticed once I left the register that her attitude towards the rest of the workers was extremely unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. will not be returning.

I appreciate the drive thru option here and that the place for the line runs behind the building which means cars aren't building up in the parking area or where other cars are trying to get in or out of spaces. However, my most recent trip was a disappointment... I went through the drive thru because I was sick and had my kids with me (and didn't feel like taking them out of their car seats in my condition). I waited in the drive thru to get a hot lemon tea with honey. When I ordered, they didn't have lemon tea and didn't have honey - boohoohoo! In their defense, the guy taking my order did offer to make me something else that would soothe my sore throat (hence the third star here), but I was so disappointed that I just wanted to go to another Starbucks that would have what I was looking for. Unfortunately, I was stuck in the line behind the building and had to wait for the three or four cars ahead of me to get done so I could get out and on my way. Fail.

This is, by far, the most friendly Starbucks that I have ever visited. Their service goes above and beyond what is required and they do it with a smile. If you are unsure of what to order, they do their best to help you out or offer their own personal suggestions. Sadly, I have moved away and have other Starbucks shops nearby, but I would gladly drive to this specific one because of their outstanding service. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Another plus is that they're open late. It's perfect if you're with a group of friends just barely leaving the movie theater and figuring a spot to keep the night going. Although it may become packed at certain times, especially when finals roll through, you can take your coffee outside if the weather permits because they have outdoor seating with tables and umbrellas. The drinks seem to even taste better over here. If for some reason you're unhappy with your drink, they will serve you up something better without hesitation. If you're the type that buys pounds of bagged coffee, this location hardly runs out of special blends like the Thanksgiving or Christmas blends as other locations usually do. I use it as another way to rack up my stars for the rewards program. All in all, five stars for excellent customer service, serving accurately made beverages, pleasant atmosphere, and for staying open late for us night owls.

Another bad morning at one of my favorite SB locations. I really wish the mgmt could figure out the staffing. Rec'd my sandwich, rec'd 1st drink about 5 mins later, then rec'd 3rd drink after additional 5 or so mins. Ok, everyone has a bad day, but to have my barista throw my sleeve on the counter? Not ok! This, after being very impressed with the Friday eve crew who did an awesome job managing the Hunger Games Crowd.

My favorite Starbucks location so far! Great service(: even if the line seems long, the drinks come out pretty fast! I just wish there were more tables because it's usually packed when I want to study there. Oh! & If you're in a rush, do NOT go through the drive thru! The line inside will be wayyyy faster(: I just changed my 4 stars to 5 because this is still my favorite Starbucks location (: !!!

Favorite starbucks by far. Best costumer service out of all the starbucks I've been too. Fast service and they even offered a free drink because I waited for less than 10 mins lol. Go here for great service and coffee. My only complaint is the sitting area. A little too small and always no tables available.

I got my hot sandwich in a paper bag and a frowny face for asking a cup instead of a paper cup. This place is always so good to me and my family included! They are open late, their drive thru service is very quick. Staff is super friendly and it's just a good atmosphere inside overall. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for coffee!

I would have given 5 star but honestly, with 6+ people behind the counter, the staff spent a little too much time socializing with each other than paying attention to the customers. We were one of two parties in line. Finally, someone said, after we were standing there staring at them very, very intently, they say "oh, have you been helped yet?" Next time we stop by, we will definitely give you a second chance for a 5 star... None the less, breakfast sandwiches were a hit and the quality of the coffee is always fantastic.

I typically wouldn't review a Starbucks... But this drive thru is awesome. Service is always friendly bright and early in the morning when my eyes haven't fully opened yet. Props. Even if there's a line of cars, you'll typically be in and out of it in ~15-20 mins max. They're awfully fast, which can definitely be appreciated when you're in a crunch for time.

Okay- I've been drinking Starbucks since.........well forever. Starbucks customer service generally is pretty good. BUT here- my experience has been so different, simply for one reason which I'll get to in a sec. My daughter and I frequent here on our mom-daughter dates, the service is always so personalized and special. I have to give a million compliments and even that wouldn't be enough to my fav barista CASSIE- she is super sweet and always remembers my daughter and I. Thank you Cassie for making this my favorite Starbucks. It's awesome that one person can make such a difference making our experience not be just good but great!

This Starbucks is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE! They really cherish their customers and the overall experience is great. I love how excited and enthusiastic the staff get when you walk-in. I make it a point to reserve ten minutes out of my schedule just to be able to go to this location every morning (which, by the way, is in the opposite direction of my commute), all because of how much I enjoy their service! Keep it up! P.S. Sorry for cheating on y'all and going to the other Starbucks (Rancho Cucamonga-Foothill, Chino-Drive Thru, Chino- Non Drive Thru) just can't get it right! Karma definitely payed me back with bad service and horrible product form those locations. You guys have sent the bar high and others can't compete!

It was my first time here, and I'm not a heavy coffee drinker, so I barely come to Starbucks. The only thing I get is the strawberries and cream. When I came, I walked here with my friends from Harkins. It was hot, humid, and we needed to cool down. I got the cranberry scone. It was $2.25. Pretty big, tasted average, nothing special. The inside was pretty small, but there were alot of people hanging out inside and outside, working or just talking. Seems like a nice place to come, and I noticed alot of customers going to the drive-thru.

Ok, first of all, I'm a big Starbucks fan because I think they're a great company. They're good to their employees and I stand behind their ideals. That being said, not every Starbucks store is great. It varies greatly depending on the workers. There are some stores I never go to because their workers are not friendly, or their coffee is subpar and very hit-or-miss. This Starbucks location has never disappointed me. Their baristas are extremely friendly and always make time to ask how you're doing. Their Coffee Masters are brilliant. I recently had a conversation with one and they are very knowledgeable. He told me there are more Coffee Masters at this location than other locations (nice!). He even gave me a pastry to complement the coffee I ordered! It was a beautiful pairing. (Specifically, Gold Coast Blend, a dark roast coffee, with a chocolate meringue cookie). A+ The beverages here are always on point. I'm impressed with their product and their service. P.S. If you have not tried their Anniversary Blend yet (dark roast, whole bean) DO IT. It will change your life.

They consistently get my orders wrong and have a problem with what's on the menu. When I order a black berry mojito I get green tea without asking. When they do get it right they are good however. The convienience is what brings me back. But so far I've had 2 incorrect orders this month to which they refused to correct.

Been going to Starbucks every day for years. Today I got a zip tie in my ginger ale. Wtf, how does someone mess up a ginger ale? This is unacceptable. This makes me gag. Who knows where the zip tie came from and where it has been? This is just nasty. Doesn't anyone check their work before they serve it to a customer? I hate Starbucks now.
